Pixar has released the teaser trailer for their upcoming film Hoppers. Starring Piper Joy Curda as Mabel Tanaka, the film follows Mabel, as she becomes one with the beaver, in an effort to stop a local construction company from destroying an animal habitat. All in all, Hoppers is proving to be a fun family film, filled with laughter and unique adventures. It will be fun for fans to see just where Pixar ultimately goes with the story.
Hoppers Is A Family and Fun-Filled Adventure
On July 16, Pixar released the teaser trailer for Hoppers. The film stars Piper Joy Curda as Mabel Tanaka. Fans may recognize the Curda name from Piper’s sister, Saylor Bell Curda. Saylor starred as Maddox in Seasons three and four of High School Musical The Musical The Series. In terms of Piper herself, fans will recognize her voice from her performance as Alyssa in Teen Beach 2.
Hoppers also stars Bobby Moyniham as King George the Beaver and Jon Hamm as Mayor Jerry. The film synopsis reads:
An animal lover uses technology that places her consciousness into a robotic beaver to uncover mysteries within the animal world beyond her imagination.
The teaser trailer promises a fun-filled adventure, as Mabel (Piper Joy Curda) makes her way through the world as a beaver. She’s looking to stop animal cruelty in her local area, a theme many will reasonate with. Aside from the teaser trailer, poster, and synopsis, no other details are available regarding Hoppers. The film will debut March 6, 2026.
Pixar Back To Form?
In conclusion, Pixar has had some up-and-down years. However, Inside Out 2 made over a billion dollars, and Elio, which just debuted, and Hoppers look promising. All in all, Pixar is looking for a home run so it can return to form. That said, the audience will deliver that verdict, so time will tell if Hoppers will deliver the way they are hoping it will.
