Beyoncé has done it again – breaking barriers and streaming records with her newest country-infused album, Cowboy Carter. Just weeks after the album’s surprise release in March 2025, Beyoncé announced her North American and European tour dates to promote the genre-defying project.
Cowboy Carter blends southern Americana roots with R&B and pop flair, featuring collaborations with legends like Dolly Parton, Miley Cyrus, and Chris Stapleton. The lead single “American Reign” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making Beyoncé the first Black woman to top the country chart in over 30 years.
Fans and critics alike praised the album’s bold sound and empowering lyrics. Within a week of its release, the album broke Spotify’s record for most first-week streams by a female artist in 2025. Ticket demand for her upcoming tour has skyrocketed, with pre-sale registrations topping 2 million in just 48 hours.
The Cowboy Carter Tour kicks off in Los Angeles on April 28 and will hit over 40 cities before concluding in Paris in late September. Live Nation expects it to be one of the highest-grossing tours of the year.
