Frontman of Jane’s Addiction, Perry Farrell, is the creator of the festival which was a farewell tour for the band. Over the decades it has grown astronomically, going from housing underground alt artists to some of the biggest names in the industry. Lollapalooza sells out every single year, making it one of the biggest music festivals in the world.
