Following a reunion at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey with Demi Lovato, Joe Jonas seems to confirm that a third Camp Rock movie is on the way. It has been 15 years since Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam was released. Now, it appears Joe and the other Jonas Brothers are gearing up to head back to camp, and a lot sooner than fans might expect.
Camp Rock 3 Is Coming

On Hot One Versus, Joe Jonas from the Jonas Brothers let slip that a third Camp Rock film is on the way at Disney. As part of their appearance on the popular online series, he was asked to read his latest Notes entry on his phone for a challenge. When he did, it read: “Read Camp Rock 3.” Nick and Kevin seemed incredibly surprised, but Joe doubled down, saying “It’s the truth, it’s literally right here. Sorry, Disney.”
All in all, this news is excellent for fans of the Camp Rock franchise. At the time of writing, the original Camp Rock is still the third most-viewed DCOM premiere of all-time. It is only behind High School Musical 2 and Wizards of Waverly Place: The Movie. In addition, the second film is currently seventh on the all-time list. This shows the pull the franchise has, even in the present day. Fans will tune in to see the third installment. However, to what extent in terms of viewership remains to be seen.
The Jonas Brothers Wouldn’t Change A Thing

In conclusion, Camp Rock is one of the most popular franchises Disney has at its disposal. With the high popularity, and the star power coming back for the third round, fans will tune in for a truly wild and musical ride.
