As filming moves further and further along on the HBO Max Harry Potter series, more casting information comes into the spotlight. As such, the new information regarding who will play the Weasley children in the series makes this no different. Tristan and Gabriel Harland, Ruari Spooner, and Gracie Cochrane will join Alastair Stout in the Weasley family. This is excellent news for fans of the franchise, as they look to expand the stories more than ever before. With an HBO Max series giving them more time to explore the world, it will be a very exciting time for all who will watch.
The Weasley Children Are In The Building

Twins Tristan and Gabriel Harland will star as Fred and George Weasley, Ruari Spooner will star as Percy Weasley, and Gracie Cochrane will star as Ginny Weasley. These are the actors who will join Alastair Stout (Ron Weasley) as the Weasley children in the HBO Max Harry Potter series.
It is interesting to note that the actors playing Charlie and Bill Weasley were not revealed. However, as shown at the end of the caption on Instagram announcing the new casting, they acknowledged the absence of Charlie:
(Charlie’s in Romania at the moment but will be joining us soon enough…)
In short, the near-full reveal of the casting for the Weasley children is excellent news. It shows that the series is ready to go for a 2025-2026 filming timeline, for the 2027 release date currently planned. All in all, fans will not have to wait too much longer for the next iteration of the Harry Potter story.
Harry Potter Will Soon Return To Screens

Harry Potter will hit the screens as a series in 2027, exclusively on HBO Max. With the main trio and Weasley children now casted, among others, the series is on its way to meet that release date, as fans await what the next iteration of the series will ultimately look like.
