Hilary Duff is returning to music. She has signed with Atlantic Records, and is currently working on a documentary series about her return to music. Combine this with her recent return to acting for Hulu’s new original drama series Pretty Ugly, and fans will see a career resurgence is on the horizon for Hilary Duff over the next several years.
Hilary Duff Will Return To Music
Hilary Duff is making a musical comeback. Breathe In. Breathe Out. was Duff’s last album release, all the way back in June of 2015. However, she is now coming back for more. She has signed with Atlantic Records in anticipation of her return to music. Atlantic Records currently has some of the biggest artists of present times within their lineup. These names include 2025 MTV VMAs Best New Artist Winner Alex Warren, Charlie Puth, the band Coldplay, among many others.
In addition to signing with Atlantic Records, it has also been revealed that a documentary series surrounding Duff’s return to music is in development. Sam Wrench, who directed A Nonsense Christmas With Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, will direct the series. He will also be an exceutive producer. According to the press release, the documentary series promises “fans will ride shotgun as she balances raising a family, recording new music, live show rehearsals, and preparing to perform on stage for the first time in over a decade.”
At the time of writing, there are no other details that have been publicly released. That said, this is excellent news for fans of Hilary Duff. She is looking to return to music for the first time in a decade. With one of the biggest record labels in the industry in her corner, the musical comeback will have plenty of fireworks to come.

Hilary Duff will soon return to her musical roots. After spending the last decade raising her three daughters with her current husband, as well as caring for her son from a previous marriage, Duff is returning to her entertaining ways in the worlds of music and acting. All in all, fans will be excited to see what this comeback will bring, and how long it ultimately lasts.
