Look Up For Superman on HBO Max Beginning September 19

James Gunn announced on social media that Superman will fly its way onto HBO Max, beginning September 19:
Superman is the first DC Comics film since 2022’s The Batman that has made at least $600 million in total box office money. The last film to do it before The Batman was 2018’s Aquaman. That film, to date, is the only DC Comics film in history to surpass $1 billion. With that, the first film for DC under James Gunn and Peter Safran’s leadership is rather successful, all factors considered. As such, fans will enjoy seeing the film again on streaming, as HBO Max looks to cement itself as a premier streamer once again.
Superman stars David Corenswet (Clark Kent/Superman), Rachel Brosnahan (Lois Lane), Nicholas Hoult (Lex Luthor), Skyler Gisondo (Jimmy Olsen), Isabela Merced (Shiera Hall/Hawkgirl), Beck Bennett (Steve Lombard), Nathan Fillion (Guy Gardner), Anthony Carrigan (Rex Mason/Metamorpho), and Edi Gathegi (Michael Holt/Mister Terrific). The film is directed and written by James Gunn. The film is produced by Gunn and Peter Safran.
