Taylor Swift is keeping herself nice and busy in 2025. With The Life of a Showgirl now out, she is going further and bigger. She has just announced that an Eras Tour Docu-Series, as well as a concert film for the final Eras Tour show, will release on Disney Plus later this year. In short, this is excellent news for Swifties, and is excellent news for Disney Plus. They will get an influx of Swiftie viwership, which in theory drives their subscription prices up overall.

Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The End of an Era and Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show will release on Disney Plus December 12. The docu-series is:
An intimate look at Taylor’s life as her tour made headlines and thrilled fans around the world, spotlighting performers, family members, and friends, including tour opening acts Gracie Abrams and Sabrina Carpenter and guests Ed Sheeran and Florence Welch
The first two episodes release on December 12. Episodes 3 and 4 release December 19, with Episodes 5 and 6 releasing December 26.
Meanwhile, The Final Show is “the first time fans have gotten a chance to see the material that was added to the Eras Tour from the “Tortured Poets Department” on the big screen.” The songs from her 11th studio album wren’t on the tour set list, which is why it was chosen for there to be this extra concert film.
In short, Swifties will flock to Disney Plus December 12 to check out the brand new content. It is a drive to gain subscribers, but it is also a chance to give exposure to their platform through one of the biggest artists the music industry has ever known.

With The Life of a Showgirl dominating the Billboard Hot 100, Taylor Swift is once again proving her name brings a lot of support, with the announcement of the new docu-series and concert film. Her name brings respect, and it is continued to be proven every single day.
