Netflix has released an official teaser trailer for Season 5b of ‘Emily in Paris. In this new season, Emily Cooper moves from Paris to the lovely city of Rome after receiving a new position. A synopsis provided by Netflix states the following:
“Now the head of Agence Grateau Rome, Emily faces professional and romantic challenges as she adapts to life in a new city. But just as everything falls into place, a work idea backfires, and the fallout cascades into heartbreak and career setbacks,” the Season 5 synopsis reads. “Seeking stability, Emilyleans into her French lifestyle, until a big secret threatens one of her closest relationships. Tackling conflict with honesty, Emily emerges with deeper connections, renewed clarity, and a readiness to embrace new possibilities.”
The ‘Emily in Paris’ cast includes Lily Collins as Emily, Eugenio Franceschini, William Abadie, Thalia Besson, Paul Forman, and Arnaud Binard. Newcomers for this season are Minne Driver, Bryan Greenberg, and Michele Laroque.
‘Emily in Paris’ is the brainchild of writer and executive producer Darren Star as well as a slew of other producers on that team.
