It’s On, As Camp Rock 3 Inital Cast Members Revealed

Though the Jonas Brothers previously teased it, Disney has officially announced that Camp Rock 3 has been greenlight and is in production. Via the official press release:
The story picks up when Connect 3 lose their opening act for a major reunion tour, returning to their beloved Camp Rock to discover the next big thing. As campers vie for the chance to open for their favorite band, tensions rise and friendships are tested, leading to unexpected alliances, revelations, and romances.
In the same press release, it is revealed the Jonas Brothers will return to their roles. They will return as the Gray brothers that are a part of fictional band Connect 3. In addition, Maria Canals-Barrera will also return as Connie Torres. On top of this, Liamani Segura (Sage), Malachi Barton (Fletch), Lumi Pollack (Rosie), Hudson Stone (Desi), Casey Trotter (Cliff), Brooklynn Pitts (Callie), and Ava Jean (Madison) will all join the franchise as newcomers. As a matter of fact, however, a notable exclusion from the cast list is Demi Lovato. She played the main character of the first two films. That said, she is an exceutive producer on the film, so fans are hoping she will star as well.
Camp Rock 3 has Veronica Rodriguez as its director and Eydie Faye as its writer. In addition, Jamal Sims did the choreography, while Tim Federle, Nick Jonas, Joe Jonas, Kevin Jonas, Demi Lovato, Betsy Sullenger, Spencer Berman and Gary Marsh are all executive producers. There is currently no release date set for the threequel.
It Will Be A Brand New Day

This is real, as Camp Rock 3 is official, and is in production. With some of the old talent returning, and fresh new faces joining the fold, they wouldn’t change a thing, as the threequel will soon make its way to Disney Channel and Disney Plus very soon.
