It seems that the Jonas Brothers are full of surprises on their Jonas20: Greetings From Your Hometown Tour. With a ‘Camp Rock’ reunion featuring Demi Lovato on the opening night of their tour, the group has more tricks under its sleeves.
2010s girl group Fifth Harmony reunited onstage in Dallas, Texas marking their first performance in seven years. Normani, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke and Dinah Jane joined together to perform one of their chart-toppers ‘Worth It’.
Prior to their performance, the group posted to their account for the first time in several years with the hashtag #FifthHarmonyFollowSpree. Their devoted fans, the “Harmonizers” immediately joined ranks, their interest piquing at the sudden yet exciting post.
It was also quite obvious that Fifth Harmony was missing its fifth part. Singer and co-founder of the group Camila Cabello was noticeably not in attendance for the reunion. The ‘Havana’ singer is currently on her ‘Yours, C Tour’, having a concert in Sydney, Australia the night before her former bandmates reunion. Cabello departed from Fifth Harmony at the end of 2016, the reason for her leave still being unclear.
The Fifth Harmony reunion has created buzz about new music and a possible tour. According to Rolling Stone, Spotify searches for the group jumped 665 percent after their reunion. This shows good signs of renewed interest in the pop girl group after a nearly decade long hiatus.
