Wicked For Good is one of the most-anticipated films of the year. With that, new images and teases about the new songs have been released. All in all, the sequel to last year’s Wicked is just two months away, and fans have never been more excited for what’s to come.
Wicked For Good New Images Released, New Song Details Teased
Entertainment Weekly has put out new images for Wicked For Good. In addition, they sat down with director Jon M. Chu, as he teases the new songs that will come in the sequel.
They ask us elemental questions of being human, not just the great parts — the celebratory, joyful parts of being human — but the scary, dark parts that test us.
In the original stage show in Act Two, Glinda and Elphaba barely interact with one another. However, Chu promises that fans will get to spend more time with the two of them in the film version.
Overall, as the first trailer implies, fans are in for a more emotionally mature story, that will take things in a dark and powerful direction, as the second part of this two part story nears its release.
Fans Will Be Changed
In short, Wicked For Good is releasing in theaters in November. Fans are gearing up for an epic and emotional conclusion to the story. In conclusion, the very foundation of the first film is changing dramatically in the second film, and fans are excited to see just what that ultimately entails.
