Though the premiere numbers are not as high for Season Two as they were for Season One, Netflix is confident in “Nobody Wants This.” In fact, they are confident enough in the original comedy series that they have renewed it for a third season, under two weeks after Season Two’s premire. All in all, the Kristen Bell and Adam Brody-led comedy series will return next year. With that, the journey appears to only be getting started.
“Nobody Wants This” Will Return

Season Two of “Nobody Wants This” has been out for under two weeks on Netflix. However, the streamer has seen enough to order a third season of the comedy series, which will air in 2026. Following an eventful Season One, Season Two follows Joanne (Kristen Bell) and Noah (Adam Brody)’s “natural course of their relationship by largely chronicling the duo’s efforts to blend their lives together.” Though nothing is known for sure about Season Three’s plot at the time of writing, co-showrunners Jenni Konner and Bruce Eric Kaplan will both return to run the ship. The series will continue to film in Los Angeles, California.
“Nobody Wants This” stars Bell, Brody, Justine Lupe, Timothy Simons and Jackie Tohn. As mentioned, Konner and Kaplan currently run the show. They operate off a story created by former showrunner Erin Foster. Season Two released on October 23, 2025. Season Three will release in 2026, with a specific date to be set a later date.

“Nobody Wants This” Season Two may have gotten fewer initial views than Season One, but Netflix is satasified enough with the returns that they have renewed the series for a third season. With that, the journey of Joanne and Noah is only just beginning.
