The 25th year of the annual Tribeca Film Festival has set its dates for June 3-14, 2026 in NYC.
Tribeca Festival cofounder and CEO Jane Rosenthal had this to say in a statement.“Twenty-five years ago, we started Tribeca to bring people back downtown following the 9/11 terrorist attacks and to bring storytellers and audiences together,” Rosenthal. “Since then, Tribeca has become a home for bold ideas and powerful voices, a place where culture is shaped and new forms of storytelling are discovered. Our 25th festival will honor where we’ve been and boldly look ahead.”
Cofounder Robert de Niro shared the same sentiments in the announcement. “As we celebrate 25 years of Tribeca, I’m reminded of why we started it in the first place: to support artists and bring people together through stories,” he said. “It’s been incredible to see how the festival has grown and evolved, and I couldn’t be prouder of what it has become. This anniversary is about celebrating the artists, audiences, and New York City itself.”

Who knew bringing people downtown after 9/11 would lead to such a cultural phenomenon? Seriously, Tribecas 25 years sound like quite the party – a home for bold ideas and powerful voices. I love that theyre honoring their roots while boldly looking ahead. And $25 million to restore the Jane Rosenthal Theatre? Talk about commitment! Now, if only they could use some of that power to get my terrible short film into the festival before February… The submission deadlines are wild – good luck to everyone braving the extended period!deltarune prophecy images
Wow, 25 years already! Time flies when youre celebrating bold ideas, I guess. NYC downtown must be thrilled to be brought back downtown again, though I wonder if the coffee shops are ready for the reunion. Hope Tribeca keeps its promise of discovering new forms of storytelling – maybe something that explains where my Netflix password went? The submission deadlines are throwing me for a loop, though; I need more time to figure out whether my story about finding my sock drawer is early, official, or just extended. Heres to hoping its celebrated alongside some truly powerful voices… and maybe a good laugh or two!Grow a Garden Calculator pet
