Wednesday Season Three Is Coming

With Season Two just a couple weeks away, Netflix took to social media to announce Season Three is on the way. In a statement on Netflix’s official TUDUM website, series co-creator and showrunner Alfred Gough said the following:
Television has — and always will be — a team sport. Co-creator and co-showrunner Miles Millar and I have been doing this long enough to know that shows like this don’t come along every day. It’s such an alchemy of writing, directing, acting, crew, streamer, studio, and fans. We remain grateful and excited to continue this journey and tell these stories with all of our partners.
Jenna Ortega will return to the title role for Season Three. No other casting news, plot details, or a potiential release date, were released.
The first season of Wednesday, aired in 2022, is still “the most-viewed English-language series on Netflix of all time.” For Season Three, there are promises where they will be “digging deeper into our characters while expanding the world of Nevermore and Wednesday.”
Wednesday Will Return

In short, fans of Wednesday and the Nevermore Academy as a whole will enjoy the news of a third season. As for the depths of the mystery that Season Three will be, only the dreadful reveals will unravel the mystery, over a painfully slow amount of time. Although, Wednesday will enjoy that, at the end of the day.
